The fourth page of PrefLetter continues the commentary of page 3 until all the recommendations shown on page 2 have been explained.
Brief notes regarding issues that have been recommended in the past but are no longer considered deserving of recommendation as "Buys" will also be found here. Hopefully, this will generally be because the price has increased to the point where they're no longer exceptional bargains!
